Photos of Former Vice Presidents and Their Security Details Which are Way Lower Than DP Ruto's

The Cabinet Secretary in charge of the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government programs CS Fred Matiang'i has disclosed details of former vice Presidents and their security details.

CS Fred Matiang'i has revealed that the current Deputy President William Ruto is the most protected deputy president amongst all other vice presidents in the country.

According to the CS ,74 of the officers who guard the deputy president William Ruto are drawn from the Presidential Escort Unit, are assigned to guard Ruto day and night, including five General Service Unit (GSU) commandos, six Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) officers and others for the inner circle.

At least 121 administration police officers from SGB and CIPU Units are assigned to Ruto while 51 Auxiliary Security officers are deployed in various properties.

This makes the deputy president William Ruto the most protected Deputy President and second in command since Kenya became a republic which hence proves hypocritical claims the deputy president was not being protected as required.

CS Matiang’i has noted that the problem with our country is that some people suffer from sympathy addiction. He has noted that they, in the security sector make decisions after serious considerations knowing we will be held accountable.
