The KANU secretary General Hon Nick Salat has hinted through his Facebook page alleging that the Bomet county are seriously yearning for his leadership. According to him he has volunteers, numbering in thousands of youth in Bomet county,doing free work ,some are displaying Christopher Langat failures.

"Bomet county here we come. I have just received beautiful news, Bomet residents have been yearning for my leadership. Youth were waiting for the right candidate, youth were waiting for the right time,youth were waiting for the right platform and all is merge on my candidature.
"I have volunteers, numbering thousands of youth in Bomet county,doing free work ,some are displaying Christopher Langat failures,some are chasing Senator Langat from one neighborhood to another,some are doing graphics.Some are doing research in libraries and internet. Everything is beautiful, I will win.
