The Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga together with his political allies and those of President Uhuru Kenyatta were today warmly and massively welcomed in Homabay County. A huge crowd of supporters and political leaders turned up to welcome the People's President ahead of the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) sensitisation meeting.
Unlike Deputy President William Ruto, Raila has been winning the hearts of many Kenyans across the country with his progressive and development agendas. Ruto on the other hand has been losing followers and close allies on a daily basis. Today the former Prime Minister held yet another mega meeting in Homabay County with several leaders. He took to his official Facebook page and updated Kenyans about it.
“We took a moment to listen to hundreds of delegates who had converged in Homabay County during a BBI sensitization forum. The momentum witnessed here shall, be cascaded to the Sub-County and Ward levels as the Country readies itself for a constitutional momentum,” Raila posted on FB.
Below are the photos of the meeting and the large crowd that welcomed and attended it:
His Earthquakeness Raila Odinga who is also the Special Envoy for the African Union (AU) in charge of infrastructure is known across Africa for his skills in pulling crowds. He is popular in Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa and other countries for being the Supreme leader of politics. While he knows how to pull crowds, the only thing Ruto knows how to pull is Omanga's underwear.
