The Former Premier is expected to make a major announcement during the event in regards to the 2022 race to State House.
Various leaders are expected to attend the function drawn from across the political divide including ODM and Jubilee parties.
Political Analyst Edward Kisiang'ani has however sent a bold advice to President Uhuru Kenyatta not to attend the upcoming event at Kasarani on Friday.
The analyst has stated that the event slated to take place only a few days to Jamhuri Day is a coup against Jamhuri Day which will be President Uhuru's last as head of State.
"As a citizen and voter in our great country, let me offer some third-rate advice to our President: Don't attend Raila's endorsement rally at Kasarani on 10th Dec. This rally is too close to Jamhuri Day. It is a coup against Jamhuri Day- your last Jamhuri Day as President!" Political Analyst Edward Kisiang'ani advised.
