Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Commissioner Juliana Cherera has been elected unanimously as the commissions vice chairperson this Wednesday and she will now deputize the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman Wafula Chebukati.
After her election, she is now expected to serve in the position untill the expiry of her term unless she resigns.
After the election, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission led by its chairman Wafula Chebukati promised a free,fair and credible elections in 2022.
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission further congratulated her for her appointment as the vice chairperson of the commission.
