Murang'a senator Irungu Kang'ata did point out that indeed the ruling party was headed nowhere and that some members ditching the party and joining UDA party was a clear indication that leaders that were instrumental in its formation were Tired of the current leadership.
Kang'ata proceeded to add that in his own capacity he had tried advising the head of state but he was ignored. He said that leaders in Jibilee were moving to parties where they felt convinced that their opinion and ideas counted.
The now Ruto ally also said that it was now evident that if the president became reluctant, he was going to be left with very few leaders that at the end of the day they were not going to help him at all. He added that more leaders were planning to shift their political allegiance to other political parties.
He finally reiterated that Kenyans were ready for a Ruto presidency because of him getting to know their struggles and helping them to sort them out.
