Lawyer And Jubilee's Nominated MP Drops A Bombshell On Why 41 Judges Were Not Appointed

Jubilee's Nominated MP Jennifer Shamalla has revealed unknown details on why President Uhuru Kenyatta refused to swear in the 41 Judges despite Calls and pressure for him to do so. While speaking at K24 TV on Wednesday evening, lawyer Jennifer Shamalla went ahead to State that 14 of those 41judges had been adversely mentioned negatively something that forced the President not to appoint the whole list. Shamalla went ahead to State that anytime she may file a report to have the report released.

"We talk about corruption in the executive, in legislator and nobody talks about corruption in the judiciary. That is why gatekeeper wanted a certain person to rise into office. I have complained severally, made complaints about this. The other thing is appointment of 41 judges, they have accused the president of impunity. When you want a public office we seek clearance from KRA, DCI and many others and guess what National Intelligence Service 14 of this judges sat in that bench. The President could not swear those judges because of two jugdes sitting in that bench. 14 of the 41 judges were adversely mentioned. I'm not speculating that 14 of these judges were adversely mentioned, I can even file a petition for the release of that report,"Revealed Jennifer Shamalla.
