The deputy president's United Democratic Camp has officially received the good news that one of the Kenyan favourite public figures, MC Jessy has officially declared that he is in the party. This is after what he alleged as the deputy president's call to join his party hence making him ditch Kiraitu's party for deputy president William Ruto's party.
This is massive news to the deputy president as he nears the much anticipated 2022 general elections where he has already declared his bid ahead of the alleged two-horse race between him and the former prime minister Raila Odinga. There have been intensified competition in the recent past as Raila Odinga and William Ruto battle for the votes ahead of the 2022 general elections.
Kenyans are anxiously waiting for the next general elections where they will have a chance of choosing their next president to take over from Uhuru Kenyatta whose term is coming to an end in August.
