United Democratic Alliance Party has finally responded to the opinion poll that had been released today by Research Company Infortrak. Infortrak has placed Raila at 33 percent and Ruto at 32 percent.
This was warmly welcomed by Raila's allies who claimed that Raila was leading despite the fact that he had not yet started campaigning that Ruto begun in 2018.
UDA through its Chairman Johnstone Nduya Muthama has responded to the polls. Muthama revealed that Raila has been leading polls since 1997 and has never won the votes. UDA Chairman has asked UDA supporters to ignore the polls and that the ballot will decide who will win.
"@RailaOdinga has always led in opinion polls since '97 & this has NEVER translated to votes. He only leads in manipulated polls & that's the reason he has never won any real election. Therefore, dear @UDAKenya supporters, kindly ignore such opinion polls. The ballot will decide",Muthama stated.
