Deputy President William Ruto has gained a major milestone after one of the founders of ODM Party endorsed him for 2022 over Raila Odinga. This was during the wedding ceremony of David Langat's daughter which was held in Kiambu County

Former Minister Henry Kosgey has pointed out that Deputy President William Ruto is the right person to lead Kenya once the tenure of President Uhuru Kenyatta comes to an end in 2022.
It is good to note that Henry Kosgey was not only one of the founder of ODM Party but also served as the Chairman of ODM for five years. By this, it is evident that Kosgey has worked closely with Raila Odinga thus his move to endorse Deputy President William Ruto over Raila comes by surprise

Henry Kosgey further blessed Deputy President William Ruto bearing in mind that he is a Kalenjin elder as he remained assured that DP Ruto will easily win come 2022
