Today, the president of the republic of Kenya Dr William Samoe Ruto came out to name his Chief Administrative Secretaries, CASs who will be assisting his cabinet secretaries. Today's appointments came in six months after Ruto took over the presidency.
Now, few hours after the president made these appointments, the Orange Democratic Movement, ODM party through their spokesperson Mr Philip Etale has come out to break their silence. As seen on his facebook page, Etale who seemed to be against these appointments questioned the reason why Ruto appointed 50 CASs yet he had said that his goverment is very broke.
Among those who were appointed by William Ruto are; Dennis Njue Itumbi, Samuel Ole Tunai, Wilson Sossion, Millicent Omanga, Cate Waruguru, Hon Njagua, Kimani Ngunjiri, Khatib Mwashetani, Evans Kidero, Hussein Dado, Bishop Margaret Wanjiru among others. Now, on your view, do you support president William Ruto's decisions to appoint 50 CASs? Drop your view.
