Raila Blocked by ANC as Leaders to Grace Mudavadi's Big Day Revealed

There will be a major political announcement from Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi on Sunday, January 23. However, the Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga is not welcome at the convention.

Speaking to the press, ANC secretary-general Simon Gikuru said they will never do the mistake of inviting their competitor and that includes the former Prime Minister. He also added that One Kenya Alliance (OKA) principals have already received the invitation.

“We have already invited OKA principals. I have not seen any invitation for Raila. Neither have I seen one for Jubilee. Why would we invite our competitors when we are launching our bid for the presidency? To come and do what?” Posed ANC Secretary-General Simon Gikuru.

The event will be held at Bomas of Kenya where the former vice president will make an “earth-shaking” announcement on the political direction the party will take.
