The outbreak of covid-19 pandemic affected the whole country leaving most people swimming in complete poverty. Most Kenyans began loosing theee jobs even before the pandemic was here. The country's economy was affected by the rising rate of corruption with nobody being held responsible. It is very sad that politicians are only focusing on what is best for them.
DP Ruto has been in the government for the last 8 years only to come out and promise Kenyans who last jobs under his administration and President Uhuru Kenyatta wheelbarrows. This is the highest level of mockery the Tangatanga kingpin is doing for Kenyans. According to current formation of politics the country is tearing apart and nobody is making any effort of saving it.
The effects of the pandemic are yet to be seen as this group of workers are the next to loose their jobs after this details emerged. "Thousands of non-teaching staff in public universities will be laid off to ease the institutions' financial burden." KTN reported.
