Senate Legal Affairs Committee Approves The Political Parties Amendment Bill Reveals Orengo

Nation media columnist Gabriel Oguda has revealed that Senate legal affairs committee has approved the political parties ammendment bill and recommended that the bill be passed as it is.

Nation media columnist Gabriel Oguda sentiments comes following a statement issued by minority leader in senate honourable James Orengo through his social media platform.

"The Senate standing committee on justice, legal affairs and human rights has concluded its deliberations and report on the political parties amendment bill and recommended to the house to pass the bill" senate minority leader honourable James Orengo tweet.

The Siaya senator further added that the report will be tabled today in the Senate in order to get the plenary and commence on the debate.
