The COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli has woken Kenyans with sad news. According to Atwoli, "It is with a heavy heart that I have learnt of the death of Bro. Vincent Ncongwane: former S.G. of the then Swaziland Federation of Labour. It was an honour to work together with him at the ILO and ITUC. On behalf of @COTU_K, OATUU and ITUC-Brussels, my condolences to his family."
