Nyeri Town Member of Parliament Ngunjiri Wambugu who is considered as one of president Uhuru Kenyatta's ally has come out clearly to explain the future of the president after the 2022 General Elections.
Wambugu has stated that the president will not retire from politics after the 2022 polls.Ngunjiri said that they want a leader who will be commited with the legacy of president Uhuru Kenyatta.
Wambugu said that the president was still going to lead the Jubilee Party even after his term ends.
The vocal legislator went ahead to state that they can't work with a person who just wishes people death.
He said that the gains made by Ruto and UDA in the central region will be watered down immediately when the Jubilee Party begins it's campaign.
He also confirmed that Jubilee was part and parcel of the Azimio la Umoja which will take place at Kasarani on December, 10, 2021.
During the function, Raila is expected to declare his presidential bid.
