Babu Owino Suggests That President Ruto Should Combine Hustler Fund With The Ksh,6000 From Baba

Babu Owino is quoted in the article as saying, "We advise the President to combine the Hustler Fund with the KSh6,000 social protection fund and the Kazi mtaani money and give every Hustler a minimum of K100,000."
