Crowd Goes Wild in Kiambaa as Irungu Kangata Faces Ruto With a Passionate Plea After He Wins in 2022

Murang'a Senator Irungu Kang'ata was among UDA MPs who accompanied Deputy President William Ruto during Church Service on Sunday at the the Latter Glory Worship Centre, in Gachie, Kiambaa Constituency, Kiambu County.

The party takes pleasure in the constituency after producing its first born who sits in the parliament, John Njuguna alias Kawanjiku, who served as the host during Ruto's visit.

Addressing the congregation, Kang'ata thanked the residents for standing with their MP, and passionately asked Ruto to 'look with favour' the constituency since it was the origin of UDA's revolution and a change of politics across the country.

The former Majority Whip in the Senate attracted cheers from the crowd after going further to ask Ruto to ensure that after winning the presidency in 2022, he appoints Kawanjiku as the Chairman of the Roads Committee.

"I d not want to defend myself but your Excellency once we form the next government, choose Kawanjiku as the Roads Committee Chairman so that he streamlines the roads in this constituency and Kiambu County at large."

The aspiring Murang'a Governor said that as Mt Kenya Region, they want improved health care and Agriculture and urged the residents to support leaders who will be seeking election under UDA party.
