Musalia Mudavadi Distances Himself From Ruto's UDA Party And Announces His Political Outfit

Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi has claimed that he is not a member of Ruto's UDA party and warned people from confusing it with the Kenya Kwanza Alliance.

Mudavadi who is a Co-principal in Kenya Kwanza Alliance has cleared that he has never joined the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party but is still a member of his ANC party where he is the party leader.

He said that Kenya Kwanza is a coalition of parties which was founded by his ANC party, Deputy President William Ruto's UDA Party and Moses Wetangula's Ford Kenya but not a Coalition party as many people thinks.

He urged people to stop claiming that he joined Ruto's UDA Party since he is still ANC party leader but opted to work together with other parties which have similar agendas therefore forming the Kenya Kwanza Coalition.

"I must make it clear, I have never joined UDA. We have formed a coalition called Kenya Kwanza", said the former Deputy Prime Minister.
