IEBC is busy tallying and verifying the presidential votes at bomas of Kenya. The body had been given seven days to release the results. They now have 38 hours to announce the fifth president of Kenya. According to a post shared by NTV news on Twitter, one of the presidential candidate has conceded defeat. Agano presidential candidate Dr. David Mwaure conceded and endorses the deputy president William Samoei Ruto. According to him the figures at the bomas of Kenya are in favour of William Ruto.

According to a post shared by TheStarKenya news on Twitter, Radio Africa has released her own tabulation on the presidential result. As per their data, the deputy president is leading with 7.1M while is his close competitor Raila Odinga is trailing behind with 6.9. if IEBC will base their results with this, then the deputy president will be the fifth president of Kenya. Azimio presidential candidate will be the opposition leader.
