Former prime minister Raila Odinga has on Thursday evening met with Uganda head of state president Yoweri Museveni.

The Azimio presidential candidate held a high profile meeting with the Uganda longest serving president at State House in Entebbe.
The two prominent in leaders in the East African region discussed about Kenya and Uganda's ties from the past going to the future.

The former PM who has in the recent months been visiting foreign countries has been discussing issues concerning Kenya's relationship with the nations.
"We walked down memory lane to discuss and shared history of our countries aimed at forging stronger ties moving into the future. That formed the core of a pleasant discussion with president Yoweri Museveni at state house in Entebbe Uganda." Raila's post on Facebook and twitter reads.
This comes as Raila is seeking to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta as the 5th president of kenya in the August general election.
