The US has communicated with the republic of Rwanda, instructing them on how to handle the conflict in the Congo where the M23 rebels have been terrorizing the populace for many years. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has disclosed that he spoke with Rwandan President Paul Kagame over the phone on Monday to discuss the peace in Congo.
