According to recent updates, renowned Kimilili member of Parliament, Hon Didmus Barassa's Prediction has come to pass after all parliamentarians unanimously approved Ruto's Cabinet secretaries nominees including the ones rejected like the likes of Mithika Linturi, Aisha Jumwa and Peninah Malonza.
This comes moments after the Mp took to his social media handle and predicted that despite the minority side rejecting the likes of Aisha and Linturi, they will all in the end vote for them just like they did the previous month when they voted for Moses Wetangula and Amason Kingi for speaker positions despite criticizing them.
Apparently, he has revealed the reason they will also do the same way this time is because they are the minority and Ruto's Kenya Kwanza Alliance holds the majority of votes in the National Assembly, giving the opposition no chagrin.
During the proceedings that led to approval of all CS nominees, Moses Wetangula played an instrumental role by asking Kitui MP, Irene Kasalu to move a special motion to approve the nomination of Tourism and Wildlife CS nominee, Peninnah Malonza.
In a capricious manner, Malonza wa approved and a second motion was done that saw the likes Mithika Linturi, Aisha Jumwa, Justin Muturi and Mercy Wanjau get approved into their respective ministries.
