The has been a beehive of activities at the Bomas of Kenya soon after the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) cleared the verification desks signalling the end of the exercise.
The next move was by the government and top security commanders to beef up security at the venue awaiting the big announcement by the electrol commission. IEBC then requested the first three rows to be cleared on two sections of terraces to accommodate presidential candidates and their families a clear indication that the big update was imminent.
According to one of the popular radio presenter by the name Billy Miya, the police have been deployed outside the residence of the Deputy President William Ruto and will allegedly escort him to Bomas where the big declaration will be made on who the winner is.
"Police escort motorbikes outside Deputy President William Ruto's gate in Karen, Nairobi as the result of the president is underway," read the post.
