Ahmednasir Laughs Off First Appeal By Little Known Kenyan To Supreme Court Challenging Ruto's Win

As K24 reports, a Nairobi man Mr Alfred Juma has moved to the Supreme court to challenge president elect Dr William Samoei Ruto's declaration as the validly elected president of the republic of Kenya.

This follows his two paragraph letter that he submitted to the Supreme Court's sub registry that is based at Milimani law court in the capital city, Nairobi. Mr Juma's letter was received even as officials told him to come back with a petition and preferably engage an advocate to help him through.

And now, renown kenyan lawyer Ahmednasir Abdulilahi has come out to laugh out at the move which he seemingly sees as inconsequential even amidst expectation that Ahmednasir may yet again appear at the Supreme court for either of the sides.

"Apparently, a Mr. Juma (Alfred Juma) has filed the first "petition" in the Supreme Court challenging the election of President elect Hon William Ruto. Apparently, the petition is a voluminous 2 paragraphs letter," he wrote in reaction to the submission at the supreme court.
