Ex Nairobi county governor Evans Kidero has continued to woo support for his Homa Bay Gubernatorial bid ahead of the forthcoming general election.

The no-nonsense politician who is an Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) loyalist has on Friday toured Kologi, Homa Bay colony where he pulled huge crowds as he sold his agenda.
During his rally Kidero said Homa Bay County has several resources which can be used to transform the living standard of the locals if residents make a wise decision in the August polls by electing the right candidate.
The former governor told the residents to give him a chance in August saying he will deliver to ensure proper development is realized in the region

The former Nairobi boss is likely to face stiff competition from Deputy governor Hamilton Orata, former Kasipul MP Oyugi Magwanga, county secretary Isaiah Ogwe, businessman Jared Kiasa, Kuppet secretary general Akelo Misori and former Maseno School principal Paul Otula.
