Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has blasts legislators from lake side region for poor road network.
Speaking in Outspan Kapseret Constituency the MP alleges some of the legislators who are always fond of speaking English have poor developments in their home.
The vocal MP noted further that some respectable who are known to articulate bills at the floor of the house have been a let down to their constituents.
"My close friend traveled to one of the constituency lake side region I dont want to mention the name he was forced to abandoned his car for three days after it stucked on a mud due poor roads"said Oscar Sudi.
The controversial legislator faulted his critics who has been claiming that he is illiterate pointing that he is focused on service delivery to his electorates.
Few years ago Oscar Sudi constituency was ranked as a best constituency that utilizes the CDF.
The lake side region which comprises mostly of ODM MPs and strong supporters of Raila Odinga
