How safe are you in your environment?.This is a very heavy issue that needs not to be taken so lightly.Security is key in every manner.
We believe that the government has done everything possible to ensure that we have adequate security in our neighborhood. This is confirmed by the fact that the government is still recruiting young energetic men who will serve as police officers to protect us.
But now the big question is,will we fully depend on our police cops in terms of provision of maximum security to the state?
Days ago,we witnessed a case where police officers were captured on a cctv camera vandalizing a property belonging to innocent hardworking Kenyan. They took everything from the shop of the businessman who owns a bar and a restaurant.Apparently the national government has done nothing about it despite Kenyans reacting on social media.
Now here is another serious incident that most of us should worry about.Purity Mwambia who works as an undercover journalist has revealed a very threatening story about our own trusted police officers.
The journalist working with the local media house,Citizen tv has unveiled to Kenyans that the major prime suspects in the smuggling of dangerous weapons in the country are the police officers.
During her undercover investigations, she managed to buy an AK-47 gun which is estimated to be costing between 80k-200k shillings with help of police officers. The said police officers involved in this evil act, acquire this firearms from Kenya-Ethiopia border where they secretly transport them to various parts of the country,to sell them to criminals.
We hope that our inspector of police will follow the matter and whip out those crime activities from these rotten officers.
