Was Kalonzo, Wanjigi & Moi Storming Out Planned? Fresh Details On Early Phone Call Emerges

The convoy of Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is alleged to have arrived first at the Hemingwasy Nairobi Hotel in Karen. Soon after, Kanu's Gideon Moi and Ford Kenya's Moses Wetang'ula joined him. The team was likely unaware that Deputy President William Ruto had been invited to the ANC's National Delegates Conference (NDC) in Bomas, Kenya.

According to the Nation, Musalia Mudavadi called UDP leader Vivian Mudavadi early in the morning and told him what to expect from Deputy President William Ruto.

Mr Jirongo is believed to have been so angry by the news that he refused to attend the Bomas ceremony that DP Ruto skipped

It's unclear why Cyrus Jirongo didn't inform the other OKA leaders, Kalonzo Musyoka and Gideon, that Musalia had informed him that DP Ruto would be attending.

Later, Kalonzo and Gideon Moi walked out of the celebration, while DP Ruto walked into the Kenyan Bomas.
