National Intelligence Service Delivers Bitter Truth To Uhuru On Looming BBI Ruling by Appeal Court

A report by the People Daily reveals that the Court of Appeal is likely to dismiss an appeal filed by President Uhuru Kenyatta, ODM leader Raila Odinga and the IEBC following the training of the BBI by the High Court of Kenya.

According to the paper, the President has been informed by the National Intelligence Service that the signs are clear that the Seven Judge bench is likely to uphold the decision of the High Court.

In consequence, President Uhuru Kenyatta has allegedly planned another meeting with the ODM leaders and One Kenya Alliance co-principals next week in Mombasa to chart the way forward.

OKA leaders include Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka, ANC’s Musalia Mudavadi, Ford Kenya’s Moses Wetangula and KANU’s Gideon Moi.

The details by the paper were revealed in a story where it reported that President Uhuru appealed to the former Nasa leaders to unite ahead of the 2022 General Elections or perish.

The meeting was the second in seven days where President Uhuru is said to have appealed to OKA leaders to support Raila for presidency given that he stands a chance to win if endorsed by the colleagues.

OKA leaders allegedly disagreed leading to the second meeting where talks intensified.
