Deputy President William Ruto is lucky because under the 2010 constitution, a Deputy President can't be sacked by the President, otherwise as we are currently speaking, no one knows but considering his broken relationship with his boss President Uhuru Kenyatta, he would definitely have been at home.
For a very long period of time President Uhuru Kenyatta's men have been talking about impeaching Ruto but they haven't been doing so. It has always been difficult getting rid of Ruto but today, there is a looming trouble to DP Ruto after President Uhuru was given 2 ways of finishing him by popular lawyer Donald Kipkorir.
Through his official twitter account, Kipkorir claimed that Uhuru has two powers that he can use to finish the likes of Ruto and others completely.
"President Uhuru Kenyatta has two unique powers that he has refused to exercise & allowed disrespect to metastasize: 1. As Jubilee Part Leader, he can expel any Party Member as PM Boris Johnson did. 2. As President, he can divest all executive power from anyone by Executive Order." Tweeted Donald Kipkorir.
