President Ruto Moves Ugandans To Cheerfully Clap For Him Today After What He Publicly Told Museveni

His Excellency President William Ruto is currently in Uganda, presiding ove the ongoing Independence Day celebrations. Dr William Ruto arrived in Uganda last evening and was warmly welcomed by Uganda's Head of State, His Excellency Yoweri Museveni.

Speaking during the event, Dr Ruto made strong remarks at the podium that moved the whole crowd to cheerfully clap for him. In his speech, Ruto cleverly reprimanded President Museveni on his sole role in strengthening the bilateral bonds between Kenya, Uganda and other East African countries.

Referring Museveni as one of the eldest presidents in East Africa, Ruto stated that he should consider implementing leadership reforms that will ensure that they all bring down the boundaries, borders and barriers between the said nations in order to have a borderless East Africa Community.

“Your Excellency President Museveni, as our elder, you have the challenge to lead the charge on ensuring we bring down the boundaries, borders and barriers so that we can have a borderless East Africa community," President Ruto said.

Amid his statement, claps and cheers erupted from the crowd of Ugandans who had attended the event. Watch the video here: https://www.facebook.com/1464211677174747/posts/pfbid0k32UGghVJp2PEx1XE6ev36UC8u2m7Yc5tm7ysxr4oJQ9GV1pSKgRaYmxZUoecDrsl/?app=fbl
