Kenya's eagerly anticipated 2022 General Election has finally here, and people are turning out to choose leaders who will, hopefully, guide them for the coming five years. Tanzania's president, Her Excellency President Samia Suluhu, sent a stirring letter to Kenyans on the night of the election.
On her Twitter account, President Samia Suluhu wished Kenyans a historically unique general election. She also pleaded with God to protect Kenyans as they travel to the polls to select their favourite politicians.
President Samia Suluhu wished Kenyans unique general elections on her Twitter account. Additionally, she prayed to God to support Kenyans as they enter polling places to elect the leaders they like. Suluhu only had one request for Kenyans. She urged Kenyans to choose leaders who would uphold peace, love, and unity.
"I ask God to be with you as you exercise your constitutional right to choose your leaders and uphold the principles of peace, love, and unity. I'm wishing you success "She composed.
