Today, only days before the general elections, William Ruto, a United Democratic Alliance presidential candidate and the country's deputy governor, will take part in another important event.
The director of communications for Ruto's campaign, Hussein Mohammed, has declared that he will sign agreements with each of the 47 Counties tonight. The event will be live-broadcast on TV 47.
"William Ruto and Kenya Kwanza will accomplish another milestone tonight, one with the potential to revolutionize accounting for years to come." Hussein Mohammed shared a post to his social media accounts.
He stated, "As a public pledge, the official signing and launch of the charters by the incoming president will be televised live on @tv47ke."
The signing of the charters will merely be the formalization of an agreement with Ruto and his Kenya Kwanza team, who organized economic forums in nearly all of the 47 nations.
He has already agreed to contracts with the women and told them what is in store for them if he wins the polls in August.
