Former State House Digital Strategists Dennis Itumbi has denied claims that he was involved in the disappearence or death of journalist Bogonko who has been missing over eight years.
There have been several theories about his disappearence.Dennis Itumbi is beloeved to be his closest friend.
Bogonko became a blogger in 2013.He was used by the Jubilee wing to propagate propaganda against the then CORD.
Bogonko dissapeared at the same time with the West Gate Mall attack.
Itumbi said that Bogonko could be a victim of the attack because his famous blog "The Jackal News" did not cover the incident.
Itumbi confirmed their closeness until his disappearence.Itumbi confirmed that together wit Bogonko's relatives, they tried to look for him and even employed an elite police to trace him.
He even explained that they used all the mobile networks to trace him but they did not succeed.
Bogonko was also very vocal on ICC cases against the Deputy President William Ruto.
Itumbi added that Bogonko only knew what was in the public dormain about ICC cases.
However Bogonko's account tweeted as late as 2020.One of the tweets claimed that Bogonko had become a loose mouth and had to be eliminated.
