Forget About Muranga Meeting, Here's Another Big Cultural Event Set to End Luo-Kikuyu Rivalry

Barely a week after presiding over the fruitful Muranga meeting that bright together political leaders and businessmen from the Mount Kenya region, the Orange Democratic Movement party leader Hon Raila Amollo Odinga and his handshake Partner president Uhuru Kenyatta are again getting ready for another big cultural event that is aimed at ending the long term political rivalry between Luos and Kikuyus ahead of the 2022 general election.

As seen reported by the NATION media today on Saturday 31st of July, elders from the Mount Kenya region and Nyanza region are going to meet to preside over a ceremony that is aimed at making Luos and Kikuyus friends once again. Speaking to the media house, Sports Nad cultural heritage Chief Administrative Secretary Hon Zack Kinuthia confirmed the event saying that the two sides are working on a common ground of elevating Mr. Odinga to power.

"To make this succession plan work, we must first create peace and harmony between the Luos and Kikuyus who have been at loggerheads since independence. In order to bring trust between the two factions, elders both from Mr. Odinga and Uhuru's side will have to meet and perform a cleansing ritual.
