The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga yet again decided to refute the election results a day after the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairman Wafula Chebukati declared William Ruto President-elect.
The move by the four IEBC Commissioner to distance themselves from the election results has also made the ODM leader to stand up and fight for electrol justice to the end. While making his speech at KICC, Raila was accompanied by the Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, his running mate Martha Karua, Peter Kenneth and several Azimio La Umoja bigwigs. Taking to his Facebook page, here is Raila Odinga's recent post:
"The figures announced by Mr. Chebukati are null and void and must be quashed by a court of law. In our view, there is neither a legally and validly declared winner nor a President-Elect."
This is a clear indication that the Azimio team will be heading to the supreme court to table ther case before the Chief Justice Martha Koome. Kenyans allied to the Azimio camp have express their disappointment on Raila's woes. Here are some responses from Kenyans below to the ODM boss:
