Arap Cherargei who is the senator for Nandi county and one of Kenya Kwanza allies today tweeted on his twitter page that H.E Ruto shall not leave any part of Kenya in terms of unity & development regardless of their political affiliations/voting. This does NOT anyway mean an handshake but opposition shall continue playing their rightful place. Maturity in democracy!. Awouro.

The main losers in development will be his main political base as development will be diverted to woo& keep the opposition block in check. It happened all the way from Moi's time to the last regime. Unless you leaders of the bases demand equity, time will tell.
But should remember that his backyard is lagging behind on matters development. Uhuru took development to nyanza and WSR is doing the same too. He's not doing anyone any favour. Every Kenyan pays taxes, and have rightful share of development. Sijui handshake imeingilia wapi hapo.
If the money was coming from his chicken farm, then this would have been news but since everybody pays taxes then it a mere government function.
