Through his official Facebook page Kutuny wrote "Your Excellency Thank you for Listening to the wish of Kenyans in the five Zoned areas about lifting lockdown and extending curfew hours to 10PM -4AM. Happy labour day to all Kenyans," said the Cherangany member of parliament.
Kutuny is a stauch supporter of president Uhuru Kenyatta and opposition leader Raila Odinga Building Bridges Initiative bill.
He is also the current jubilee party deputy secretary general.
Kutuny is also a big critique of the deputy president William Ruto who be vying for presidency come 2022.
It is only time that will tell if he will be reelected or not come 2022.
