Prior to the 2017 general election, Anne Waiguru was among the most favourite Jubilee party candidates of President Uhuru Kenyatta. She was liked and loved by the Head of State and for that reason, her party gave her full support to the point when she managed to beat off Martha Karua and secured the Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat.
Some years later and Kenyans are surprised after Waiguru hinted on a possibility to ditch Uhuru's camp and join DP William Ruto's camp. That is something that has been causing reactions around the nation as Kenyans wait anxiously for her to make the move official.
In the midst of all that, an emotional Anne Waiguru has today woken up Kenyans with sad news about what President Uhuru Kenyatta's government did to her. As reported by Nation, Anne Waiguru narrated that Uhuru's government decided to sideline her from the Mashujaa Day preparations yet she is the host of the event.
