Over the past few days, Speculations have been rising on possiblity of formation of an alliance between Dp Ruto and ODM Leader Raila Odinga. This has brought about mixed Reactions both Tangatanga and ODM camps.
Some of Mt Kenya region Mps who support Dp have come out to express their views. Bahati Mp Hon Kimani Ngunjiri spoke to the press where he clearly ruled out a coalition with ODM. He(Ngunjiri) Maintained that the it was impossible for Ruto to support Raila without informing them.
Also, Kikuyu Mp Hon Kimani Ichungwa, has now threten to ditch Ruto's camp just incase he endorses Raila. "If Raila must join Hustler movement he has to be discipline and support Ruto." Hon Kimani. He has however affirmed that he will continue supporting the second in Command. See the screenshot below;
While Speaking to NTV, Orengo who is an ODM key leader, stated that Ruto and Raila would not agree on wide range of issues thus making an alliance Untenable. "Looking at the basic issues like BBI, Corruption, Abiding by the Constitution of the country, there is some kind of semblance. But I don't think there are any principles that can make us work together."
