Court of Appeal Delivers This Ruling Hours After UDA Read Malice Ahead of Tommorow's General Election

The court of appeals has now issued another landmark ruling, rejecting the UDA Party's decision to protest the use of the Manual Register as a secondary means of identification, citing a lack of sufficient evidence linking the alleged vote-stealing scheme to the Manual Register.

Delivering his ruling hours after the Ruto-led Party read malice ahead of tomorrow's general election, the court, as reported by Seth Olale, reveals that the Petitioner failed to attach concrete evidence supporting its claims.

BREAKING: The Court of Appeal has denied UDA's petition to prevent the IEBC from using the manual register.

Still active in politics, Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has been summoned by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations over allegations of vote rigging.

The MP claimed in a series of Facebook posts and videos on Monday that the State was planning to manipulate the elections on Tuesday.
