Ford Kenya Deputy Party Leader Ditches Party For Raila's ODM

Kenyan political atmosphere is already gaining momentum at a considerable rate with the list of defectors as well as those deciding to which political affiliation they will be aligning themselves to increasing immensely everyday. As of now, the two frontrunners for the country's top job are former prime minister and Orange Democratic party leader Raila Odinga and the Deputy President William Ruto. These two have already begun their campaigns of how they would manage grabbing the country's top seat. They are trailed by OKA, an alliance which is headed by Musalia Mudavadi, Gideon Moi, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula.

The OKA alliance has been enjoying considerable support from the Kisii region, with the deputy party leader of Ford Kenya Hon Richard Onyonka hailing from the area.

This fact seems to have changed today,as the vocal legislator officially joined Raila's camp in a colourful celebration that was later on uploaded to the social media pages.

"Get to know me.", Said Hon Richard in his official Twitter account. "Yes, My name is Richard Momaima Onyoka Omwana O' Teresia, Omogusii by birth, Christianity is my Religion, an Arsenal die-hard fan. Come 2022, Simba Arati is my Governor and Raila Odinga my president, and now ODM party is my family. "
