Kanze Dena was among the team that accompanied the head of state Uhuru Kenyatta in attending a regional event whose main purpose was to discuss matters security, regional boarders and also peace. The meeting brought together several leaders who represented the close to 7 IGAD states that gathered at the venue.

CS Munya and Eugene Wamalwa
Among those who also attended the meeting were two cabinet Secretaries in the UHURU led administration. The two CS Munya and Eugene Wamalwa playing an integral role in ensuring that a solution is found in regards to the stability of the African nations falling under the said organisation.

President Uhuru Kenyatta making a passionate appeal to the leaders to ensure that peace and stability is reached at even as African nations continue to me faced with challenges in regards to its operations resulting from insecurity and threats from organised criminal gangs. He promised to work together with other states.
