In an anniversary program seen by 'Tuko News' and shared on the internet amidst the late President Moi's Anniversary at Kabarak in Nakuru today, there were several leaders whose speeches had been included in the program.
The first on the list among those who would be given opportunities in laying of wreaths in that anniversary was President Uhuru Kenyatta who according to the program would be the last to speak among the leaders present.
After keenly going through the list upon stumbling on it on Tuko's timeline, we surprisingly learnt that Deputy President William Ruto's name was missing.
As seen below, politicians like Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetang'ula, Major General Badi and Governor Lee Kinyanjui had their names on the list but the DP's name couldn't be sighted.

However, the sight of DP Ruto's name missing on that list wasn't a surprise to some people since he hadn't turned up for the anniversary when the President arrived at 11AM.
This could be accrued to the current political rift between the DP and Baringo Senator Gideon Moi.
