Mp Maore Maoka Speaks on Raila's Meru Tour, Terms Tangatanga Claim to Own Mt Kenya as Devil's Work

Igembe North constituency member of parliament Maore Maoka has finally spoken on former prime minister Raila Odinga's tour in Meru county in a bid to popularize his Azimio La Umoja campaign ahead of 2022 general elections.

According to the Kieleweke Mp,Raila was warmly welcomed in the region despite rumours that it is deputy president William Ruto's stronghold.

Maoka says that it is the behavior of Ruto's tangatanga camp to claim ownership of things especially the mountain region like they claim to own God,stating that such lies are devil's work.

"They thought they had owned the mountain like they claim to own God, it's not new, that is their behavior. When you hear lies you know that is the work of the devil,"he said.

His sentiments come a day after the mp hosted Raila in his Igembe constituency where they were received warmly by citizens who seemed to support Raila's 2022 presidential bid.
