The Cherera Four are currently facing a tribunal that is investigating them on their conduct following the release of the results that were announced by Chebukati during the August 9th General elections.
Reports previously had indicated that The Cherera Four booked apartment at the Yaya Hotel Apartments and it was further revealed that Raila's man had paid for their services. CCTV Camera within the premises had also alleged that Commissioner Irene Masit was seen in the Yaya Hotel Apartments.
Further reports had detailed that Azimio La Umoja side politician Raphael Tuju, Nick Salat were amomg those who visited the Cherera Four.
Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Raila Odinga in a local interview with one of the local dailies has accepted that the politician had visited the Cherera Four at Yaya centre. Giving reasons as to why they went, Raila Odinga has revealed that they went to oppose the results announced by the IEBC Chair.
