- The Deputy President William Samoe Ruto has called for unity of the Nation under UDA.
The Dp Ruto has today, the 6th, December 2021 reportedly met with the leadership of the Anglican Church of Kenya (A.C.K), Nyeri Diocese, at St. Peters Cathedral Church in Nyeri town led by Bishop of Mt Kenya West — The Rt Rev Joseph Kagunda.
The Dp Ruto, taking to Twitter says his quest to unite the nation under the United Democratic Alliance is guided by the words of Psalms 133:1
"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!"
Source privy to opera news says, "for now Hio Chama Yako Ya UDA is just seen as party of Kalenjins and few Kikuyus as it has always been in the past. The rest of the country need to feel they own this nation. And that is why many will support "Azimio La Umoja" because its not a party but call for unity of kenya.
