Meet David Osiany, The New CAS Appointed By President Uhuru Kenyatta

David Osiany is the new CAS for Ministry of Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development. In the latest reshuffle by president Uhuru Kenyatta, Osiany was among the first time shot for the position.

He served as an Adviser to the former Prime Minister of Kenya on youth affairs and also worked for Oxfam GB Pan-African program as a Governance Associate. Mr. Osiany is married to Radio personality syombua Osiany.

Osiany is no stranger to many Kenyans. He has served as a policy communication expert and even graced the local news TV and radio shows where he shared and taught people about policy related issues in the country.

In 2015, David Osiany won the prestigious and competitive Chevening Scholarship, earning a Master of Science in Public Policy from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom.

He is a consummate policy analyst and a communication specialist. Prior to his appointment, he has been running a strategic communication company Crestwood Communications, which is one of the fastest-growing PR and Communication agencies in the country
