According to the current status, the covid 19 cases are reducing slowly in the red zoned areas of Nairobi, Nakuru, kajiado, Kiambu and Machakos counties. Despite positive response recorded, the government can't risk opening them up. Kenyans should therefore expect lockdown extension in those areas.
Curfew hours in the rest of the country will extended further for thirty days. As for the locked counties, it will begin from 10Pm to 5 Am in the morning. This s to give citizens within those areas a bit of time during the day.
Church services are believed to be yearning for a green light from the government to resume their activities. The service will take place but only a small number should be allowed. At most thirty people per church.
All learning institutions will be expecting full resumption when it comes in May. The government might opt for a shift but giving priority to new admissions and graduating class. The rest to wait for official statement from the ministry of education.
Traveling sector to hold tight lock in the number that is supposed to board. That is in the rest of the country apart from red zoned areas. Observing social distance while on board is very important. Domestic airports to commence flights even in the locked
